  • Step 2 – Creative Deposit (€50)

    • If you like the preview and wish to continue, a €50 creative deposit is required.
    • The deposit covers the creation of two custom artwork versions based on your photo.
    • The creative deposit is non-refundable once work on the two versions has begun.

     

  • Step 3 – Choose Your Final Artwork

    • You receive two custom artwork versions.
    • Select your preferred version for printing.
    • Minor adjustments can be requested before final approval.

     

  • Step 4 – Final Canvas Order

    • Choose your canvas size.
    • The €50 deposit is fully deducted from the final canvas price.
    • You only pay the remaining balance via PayPal.
    • Your approved artwork is professionally printed and shipped.

    ✓ Free shipping for orders where delivery costs are up to €30.

    ✓ For destinations with higher shipping costs, only the difference is charged.

    ✓ All canvas prints are professionally produced and shipped by our printing partners.

    ✓ Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are typically 5–15 business days after final artwork approval.

    ✓ Delivery schedules may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    Returns, Refunds & Claims

    Claims We Accept

    ✓ The wrong artwork was printed or shipped.

    ✓ The canvas arrives damaged during production or shipping.

    ✓ The received canvas size differs from the ordered size.

    ✓ Significant printing defects affecting the final product.

    ✓ The delivered canvas differs substantially from the final approved artwork.

    Claims We Do Not Accept

    ✗ Change of mind after final artwork approval.

    ✗ Personal preference regarding artistic style after approval.

    ✗ Minor variations in color, brightness, contrast or texture between digital previews and printed canvas.

    ✗ Differences caused by monitor, phone, tablet or display settings.

    ✗ Refund requests after custom artwork creation has begun.

    ✗ Minor imperfections that do not materially affect the appearance of the finished canvas.

    ✗ Minor variations caused by canvas texture, printing process, or material characteristics.

    Reporting a Problem

    ✓ Any claim must be reported within 7 days of delivery and supported by clear photographs of the product and packaging.

    Claims reported after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
